Fax - Our fax machine is on twenty-four hours a day and may be reached by dailing 604-736-6591.

Hours - From September to June, the Teacher Qualification Service is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. During July and August, the TQS switches to summer hours and is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm. The TQS is closed on statutory holidays.

Location - The Teacher Qualification Service is located at #106 - 1525 West Eighth Avenue, Vancouver. We are one block north of Broadway and Granville. There is metered parking available.

Phone - The TQS may be contacted by phone at 604-736-5484. Our staff is availbale to assist you from 12:00pm to 4:30pm (or until 4:00pm during summer hours). At other times a voice messaging system is available for form requests by fax or mail.
