Your TQS category card is not your licence to teach; it is not your teaching certificate.  The TQS does not issue teaching certificates.  Teaching certificates are issued by the Teacher Regulation Branch of the Ministry of Education (TRB), formerly the BC College of Teachers (BCCT).

If you have any enquiries concerning teacher certification, the status of your teaching certificate, questions concerning course work required for your certification or your membership in the Teacher Regulation Branch, contact the TRB.
