Regulations - Request an Appeal Following a Director's Review, if you are not satisfied with the decision of the Director regarding your category assignment, you may appeal that decision to the TQS Board. The appeals process is based on TQS Regulation 8.00. The Board's role is to judge if the Director has interpreted the TQS Regulations correctly. What you need to request an appeal:
Please note that an appeal will not proceed until proof of employment in the BC public school system has been provided. Upon receipt of a complete appeal, it will be placed on the next TQS Board meeting, which meets regularly five times a calendar year. Following the Board's consideration of the appeal, the Chair of the Board will advise the appellant of the Board's decision and the reasons for it. |
